RACING AT SANTA ANITA HAS BEEN CANCELLED TODAY - SATURDAY
Fri recap- Race 1- 4th pick won (4.60) top pick 3rd (3.00). Race 2- 1 pick scratched, 2nd pick won (3.20) 3rd pick 3rd, top pick 4th. Race 4-3rd 1st timer won (21.00) 3rd pick 2nd (4.60) 2nd pick 3rd (2.80) 1st timer with 3 picks- Ex (49.80) trifecta (147.40) with top 1st timer 4th- superfecta (502.90). Race 5- Top Pick Won (5.60) 2nd pick 2nd (9.80) Ex (26.20) 3rd pick 4th. Race 6- 2 picks scratched, 2nd pick won (5.80) 3rd pick 2nd (3.40) top pick 3rd (2.60). ALWAYS REMEMBER-The 5 point difference between horses rule-Any horse that is rated within 5 points of each other has a good chance of beating each other on any given day. You should also consider a horse who is dropping or moving up in class. If drop is large enough he may be very competitive with the horses at this level. The same is true with a horse moving up in class. If the jump in class is too much he may have a difficult time being competitive with these horses.
