Sun. recap- We had 5 top horses win but 1 was dq'd and placed 3rd leaving 4 top pick winners. Race 1- Top Pick Won (10.60) 3rd pick 2nd (8.20) top pick keyed to next 2 picks- Ex (29.80). Race 2-2nd pick 2nd (8.60) 4th pick 3rd (3.20). Race 3- 3rd pick won (7.80) top pick 2nd (3.20) 4th pick 3rd (2.20) 2nd pick 4th, top 3 pick boxed- Ex (9.60). Race 4- Top Pick Won (6.80) 4th pick 2nd (4.60) 2nd pick 3rd (3.80) top pick keyed- Ex (14.40) trifecta (66.10). Race 6- Top pick won but was Dq'd and placed 3rd (3.00) 4th pick (entry) won (23.00). ALWAYS REMEMBER-The 5 point difference between horses rule-Any horse that is rated within 5 points of each other has a good chance of beating each other on any given day. You should also consider a horse who is dropping or moving up in class. If drop is large enough he may be very competitive with the horses at this level. The same is true with a horse moving up the class level. If the jump in class is too much he may have a difficult time being competitive with these horses.
