Wed. recap- Race 1- 2nd pick 2nd (4.40) our 4th pick finished 3rd but was dq'd and placed 5th, top pick 4th. Race 2- 4th pick won (32.80) our 2nd & 3rd picks had a dead heat for 2nd (3.00) & (6.20), if you boxed our picks you had 2 Ex's (33.20) & (80.60) - Total $113.80 ,2 Q's (25.40) & 75.60) Total - $101.00, 2 Trifectas (250.90) & (383.50) Total $634.40. ALWAYS REMEMBER-The 5 point difference between horses rule-Any horse that is rated within 5 points of each other has a good chance of beating each other on any given day. You should also consider a horse who is dropping or moving up in class. If drop is large enough he may be very competitive with the horses at this level. The same is true with a horse moving up the class level. If the jump in class is too much he may have a difficult time being competitive with these horses.
